About the Role

Are you obsessed with social media trends, short-form video, and building active online communities? We are looking for an energetic, creative Social Media Executive to take complete ownership of our Instagram and Facebook channels.

In this role, you will be the visual and textual voice of our brand—driving daily consistency, producing viral short-form content, and executing seasonal promotional campaigns that convert followers into brand advocates.

What You’ll Do

- Content Engine: Plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging Reels, Stories, Carousels, and Posts across Instagram and Facebook daily.
- Campaign Execution: Conceptualize and launch creative campaigns around festive seasons, flash sales, and product launches to maximize reach and engagement.
- Community Building: Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions within agreed turnaround times.




- Trend Jacking: Monitor social media trends, audio tracks, and platform algorithm shifts, adapting them rapidly to fit our brand voice.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor weekly metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower velocity) and iterate content based on data insights.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience running brand pages on Instagram and Meta Business Suite.
- Creative Toolkit: Proficiency with mobile video editing tools (CapCut, VN, Premiere Rush) and basic design platforms (Canva, Photoshop).
- Copywriting: Ability to write punchy captions and hooks in English that stop the scroll.
- Execution Focus: A bias for action—you can take an idea from concept to live post quickly and independently.
- Location: Must be based in Bangalore and willing to work full-time on-site.
