Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Social Media Marketing Executive. The Social Media Executive will manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, develop and implement content strategies, oversee social media optimization (SMO), and create digital marketing campaigns. This role also requires close collaboration with creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective communication across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and manage social media strategies for multiple brands

· Create monthly content calendars that match business goals

· Lead content ideas and campaigns for posts, reels, and events





· Track performance and improve strategies based on results

· Work with influencers, partners, and manage events

· Oversee paid promotions and ad campaigns

· Work with designers, video editors, and photographers to tell a consistent story

· Build community engagement and authentic interactions

· Keep up with trends, social media tools, and updates

Requirements

· Internship experience (experience in hospitality and events preferred)

· Strong understanding of content, storytelling, and analytics

· Good communication, writing, and leadership skills

· Creative thinker with an understanding of trends and what resonates with the target audience

· Knowledge of music genres, nightlife, and event trends

· Interest in hospitality, lifestyle, and experiential branding

· Based in Mumbai and ready to join immediately
