The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly polished, creative, and confident Social Media Executive who understands that great social media is more than just posting content.

We want someone who can think creatively, understand trends, create visually outstanding content, and turn our brand story into engaging digital experiences.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Manage and grow Reliable Realties' social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and execute a strong social media strategy and monthly content calendar.
- Create high-quality Reels, posts, stories, carousels, graphics, and promotional content.
- Conceptualize creative content specifically for the real estate industry.
- Handle social media posting, scheduling, captions, hashtags, audience engagement, and community management.
- Keep up with viral trends, trending audio, formats, algorithms, and emerging social media opportunities.
- Shoot, edit, and publish engaging short-form video content when required.
- Design professional and visually appealing creatives that maintain our brand identity.
- Support and execute social media marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Track social media performance, engagement, reach,



follower growth, and other important metrics.
- Analyze what is working and continuously improve our content strategy.
- Research competitors and identify new ideas to differentiate Reliable Realties in the digital space.
- Work closely with the management and marketing team to bring campaigns and ideas to life.
- Take complete ownership of the brand's social media presence and ensure everything published is professional, premium, and on-brand.

Skills & Expertise We’re Looking For The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of social media management, digital marketing, content creation, and graphic design. You should be highly experienced with:

- Instagram & Facebook
- Carava
- Adobe Photoshop
- CorelDRAW
- Social Media Marketing
- Editing
- Photo & video editing applications
- Reels and short-form video editing
- Social media analytics and insights
- Content planning and scheduling

We value candidates who have:
- Excellent creative and visual sense
- Strong understanding of social media marketing
- Good copywriting and caption-writing ability
- Knowledge of current social media trends
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills

Experience

2+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Candidates with exceptional creativity, skills, and a strong portfolio may also be considered based on their overall capability.

What Are We Offering In Terms of salary ₹25,000 per month

Salary may be discussed based on experience, portfolio, technical skills, creativity, and overall capability.
