Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive with 1–3 years of experience to manage and grow the company’s social media presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content planning, social media management, audience engagement, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Develop and execute social media strategies and monthly content calendars.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, carousels, and videos.
- Write creative captions, headlines, and social media copy.
- Coordinate with the graphic design and video editing teams for content creation.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Analyze metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, impressions, and conversions.
- Identify current social media trends, hashtags, formats, and trending topics.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, and organic reach.
- Support social media campaigns, events, promotions,



and product launches.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify current content opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand communication..

Required Skill

- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing / Content Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of video/reel editing will be an advantage.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines..
