Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Strategy Executive who can go beyond content execution and contribute to strategic thinking, campaign ideation, and performance-driven social media management.

This role requires someone who understands not just what to post, but why it works, and can connect content with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Plan and manage content calendars and campaigns.
- Work on campaign ideation, content direction, and platform-specific strategies.
- Create and optimize content (Reels, carousels, statics, etc.) for performance.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics; derive actionable insights.
- Continuously improve content based on data and platform trends.
- Drive community engagement across comments, DMs, and interactions.




- Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams for execution.
- Be comfortable with on-camera presence for brand-led content when required.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in social media / digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of content strategy and platform behavior.
- Ability to connect content with performance and business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Awareness of trends, with the ability to apply relevant judgment.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
