He/ She will be responsible for monitoring marketing campaigns to promote the companys products, services and brand. This role requires a mix of digital and traditional marketing, social media management, competitive analysis and brand strategy to build brand awareness, connectedness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Management: Planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital and print) to meet objectives.
- Content Creation: Developing engaging content for marketing materials, including website copy, email newsletters, brochures, and social media posts.
- Digital Marketing: Managing social media channels, overseeing email marketing campaigns, and supporting Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts.
- Market Research: Conducting research on competitor activity, and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Performance Analysis: Analyzing metrics and KPIs (such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI) to measure the success of campaigns and optimize strategies.




- Collaboration & Coordination: Working with internal teams (sales, design) and external vendors (agencies, printers) to produce materials and execute event

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Experience: Generally, 2 - 4 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or digital role.
- Education: A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Canva,
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical Abilities: Ability to interpret data and trends to make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity: A creative mindset for developing cutting-edge campaigns and promotional materials.
- Organization: Strong project management and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
