- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or a related field.

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Social Media Marketing/Digital Marketing.

- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.

- Knowledge of Canva and basic photo/video editing is preferred.

- Good copywriting, communication and content-creation skills.

- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.

- Creative mindset with the ability to develop recent content ideas.

- Knowledge of Google Analytics/Google Ads will be an advantage.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.





- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.

- Create engaging captions, posts, reels, stories and other promotional content.

- Coordinate with the design/content team to produce creative content.

- Monitor social media trends, competitors and audience behavior.

- Manage audience comments, messages and community engagement.

- Plan, execute and optimize social media advertising campaigns.

- Track campaign performance and prepare regular social media reports.

- Analyze engagement, reach, leads and conversions and suggest improvements.
