Social Media Executive – In-House & Client Accounts

About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Executive with 2+ years of experience to manage our in-house social media presence as well as social media accounts for our clients.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in e-commerce social media and must have worked with brands/clients targeting the Australian and USA markets.

You should be creative, organised, proactive and comfortable handling both content execution and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts for our company and clients.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars and social media strategies.
- Create content ideas for Reels, posts, carousels, stories and other formats.
- Write engaging captions, hooks and social media copy.
- Research trends, competitors and audience behaviour.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors for content creation.
- Handle client communication, feedback and content approvals.
- Ensure content is published on time and as per brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Analyse content performance and suggest improvements.
- Manage multiple accounts, priorities and deadlines efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in social media management.
- Mandatory experience working with Australian and USA markets.
- Mandatory experience working with e-commerce brands.
- Experience managing multiple social media accounts/brands.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.




- Good knowledge of Reels, short-form content and social media trends.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Experience working with designers, video editors and creative teams.
- Experience in client handling and managing feedback.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of work.

Good to Have

- Experience working in a digital marketing/social media agency.
- Experience with D2C/e-commerce brands.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and performance marketing.
- Experience with influencer/creator marketing.
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite or social media scheduling tools.
- Comfortable working with international clients and different time zones.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who can think creatively, execute independently and take ownership of social media accounts.

You should be able to manage the complete process — content planning, creative coordination, client communication, publishing and performance analysis — with minimum supervision.
