Role Description The Social Media Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to promote Escora Holidays’ brand, services, and travel packages. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, coordinating photo and video assets, writing captions and posts, and monitoring social media channels for comments, messages, and trends.

Coordinator will track performance metrics, assist with digital campaigns, collaborate with marketing and sales teams,



and ensure consistent branding and messaging. The role also involves staying updated on social media best practices and travel industry trends to support growth and audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Content Creation and Writing to develop clear, engaging, and brand-aligned posts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan campaigns, grow audiences, and analyze performance data.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage effectively with online communities.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in the travel or hospitality sector and familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, basic graphic or video editing capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is beneficial, along with proficiency in English and local languages.
