About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media & Content Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and Snapchat.

The candidate will be responsible for content planning, social media management, Reels, community engagement, creator/influencer coordination and basic performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage FeelSkin's social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and Snapchat.
- Create and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Plan and coordinate Instagram Reels, posts, stories and other social media content.
- Coordinate with UGC creators, influencers, photographers and video editors.
- Write or coordinate captions, hooks, content ideas and creative briefs.
- Monitor comments, DMs and overall community engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Identify trending Reels, sounds, formats and content ideas.
- Work with the marketing team to promote products, offers and campaigns.
- Coordinate with Canva designers and video editors for creatives.




- Maintain consistent brand communication and visual style.
- Research competitors and identify new content opportunities.
- Help increase brand awareness, engagement and organic social media growth.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management / Content Marketing.
- Good knowledge of Instagram and Reels.
- Experience with content calendars and social media planning.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Ability to identify trends and convert them into relevant content.
- Experience working with influencers/UGC creators will be preferred.
- Good English/Hindi communication and writing skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
