Role Description The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to support marketing and brand objectives. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, writing captions, designing or coordinating visual assets, scheduling posts, and monitoring performance metrics.

The role involves collaborating with the marketing team to align content with campaigns, responding to audience comments and messages, and identifying trends and opportunities to enhance brand visibility. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru,



requiring regular coordination with cross-functional teams and participation in brainstorming and review sessions.

Qualifications

- Ability to create compelling social media content, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and short-form video concepts.
- Skills in social media management and analytics tools to schedule posts, track performance, and optimize content strategies.
- Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including audience targeting, brand positioning, and campaign coordination.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency in tone and messaging.
- Capability to research trends, understand platform-specific best practices, and adapt content for different audiences.
- Proven ability to work in office in a collaborative environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Relevant education in marketing, communications, media, or a related field; prior experience in social media or content creation is an advantage.
