Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and support marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include ideating and producing short-form videos and posts, writing captions, coordinating visual assets, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Creator will track content performance, suggest improvements based on data and trends, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to highlight new products, promotions, and brand initiatives. The role may also involve occasional on-site shoots, community management,



and responding to comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.

Qualifications

- Ability to plan and create social media content, including short-form videos, images, and written posts for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Strong skills in writing clear, engaging captions and storytelling that align with brand tone and values.
- Basic proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, mobile editing apps) to produce polished, platform-ready content.
- Understanding of social media trends, analytics, and best practices to optimize reach and engagement.
- Interest in health, wellness, and food-related content, with the ability to communicate product advantages accurately and creatively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to work closely with marketing and product teams on-site.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage content calendars, deadlines, and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in social media content creation.
- Previous experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing for consumer brands is an advantage.
