About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Integration Consultant/Developer with strong expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) integrations, preferably with hands-on experience in Ironclad. The ideal candidate should have experience designing, developing, and supporting integrations between Ironclad and enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ERP platforms, document management systems, and other third-party applications. The role requires strong technical integration skills, problem-solving ability, and experience working closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and clients.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Ironclad and external enterprise systems
- Work on API-based integrations, middleware platforms, and data synchronization processes
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand integration requirements
- Develop and support integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, DocuSign, SharePoint, etc.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, validation,



and troubleshooting activities
- Support migration and integration testing activities
- Monitor integration performance and resolve issues proactively
- Create technical documentation, integration flow diagrams, and support materials
- Participate in client discussions, technical workshops, and solution design sessions

Qualifications
- 8+ Years of Experience Required

Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in integration development/support
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and web services
- Experience working with JSON, XML, and data transformation
- Solid understanding of system integration architecture and workflows
- Experience with middleware/integration platforms such as:
- MuleSoft
- Boomi
- Workato
- Celigo
- Dell Boomi
- Other iPaaS platforms

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Ironclad integrations
- Experience integrating CLM platforms with Salesforce
