We are looking for a creative, confident, and strategy-driven Social Media Content Strategist & On-Camera Content Creator to strengthen our digital presence and build engaging content for our IT brand.

This role is not limited to creating posts or editing videos. We are looking for someone who understands why certain content performs, how to increase Reel reach and engagement, how to identify trends, and how to convert technical/IT topics into simple and engaging content.

The candidate should be comfortable and confident in front of the camera, as regular participation in Reels, videos, interviews, and other on-camera content will be an important part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with company and brand objectives.
- Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, posts, stories, carousels and other social media content.
- Develop creative concepts and strategies focused on improving reach, engagement, watch time and audience retention.
- Research current social media trends, viral formats, trending topics and relevant audio and identify opportunities to adapt them for an IT/technology audience.
- Create robust hooks, scripts, captions, CTAs and storytelling concepts that encourage viewers to stop, watch and engage.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera and presenting content confidently.
- Convert complex IT, software, AI and technology topics into simple, interesting and easy-to-understand content.
- Monitor social media performance and use insights to improve future content strategies.
- Experiment with different content formats, hooks and creative approaches to identify what works best for the target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design and technical teams to develop relevant and accurate content.
- Contribute to employer branding and company visibility across LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Maintain consistency in the company's tone,



messaging and visual identity.

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Practical knowledge of strategies to improve Reel reach, engagement, retention and shareability.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication is mandatory.
- Camera presence is mandatory – candidates must be comfortable appearing regularly in videos and Reels.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and content formats.
- Excellent creativity, storytelling and ideation skills.
- Ability to write engaging scripts, hooks and captions.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to understand an IT/technology business and create content that is informative without being overly technical.

Location Preference Candidates currently residing in Mohali or nearby locations will be preferred, as this is a full-time on-site position.
