At Growthic, we need a Social Media & Content Creator Intern who gets the power of storytelling and knows how to bring ideas to life across Instagram, LinkedIn, and beyond. As a Content Creator Intern at Growthic, you’ll be at the heart of how we communicate, both visually and verbally.

From ideating original content to driving growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels, you’ll craft narratives that reflect our values, connect with our community, and strengthen the personal brand of our founder.

What You'll Do …

● Be the on-camera face of Growthic across Instagram Reels and other video content.

● Ideate and create engaging content aligned with Growthic’s brand, culture, services, and audience.

● Collaborate with content and design teams to align on market goals and brand messaging.

● Stay updated on social media trends and identify opportunities to create relevant, high-performing content.

● Develop and manage a multi-channel content strategy (focus on Instagram Reels, Stories, etc.).

● Produce visually engaging video content showcasing brand USPs.

● Track social media performance through defined KPIs and optimise accordingly.

● Actively engage with followers via comments, DMs, and mentions.





● Strengthen Growthic’s brand identity through consistent tone, visuals, messaging, and storytelling.
