We’re looking for a Social Media Assistant who doesn’t just understand social media — you live on it.

If you see a trending Reel and immediately think “We can make this better”, love being in front of the camera, enjoy creating content from scratch, and are curious about every new digital and AI tool that can make your work faster and smarter — this role could be for you.

We want someone energetic, confident, creative and hands-on who can take an idea from “What if we try this?” → shoot → edit → publish → analyse → try something even better.

? What You’ll Do

- Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, social posts, stories and digital content for our brands.
- Be comfortable and confident in front of the camera — from product videos and explainers to trends, interviews and creative concepts.
- Shoot content independently using smartphones, cameras and other content-creation equipment.
- Edit videos, create graphics and prepare social-media-ready creatives without depending on someone for every small task.
- Stay on top of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and other emerging digital platforms, understanding what works on each.
- Identify trends, memes, formats and conversations that can be creatively adapted for our brand.
- Work independently — take an idea, execute it and own the outcome.
- Experiment with different formats, hooks, storytelling styles and creative approaches.
- Collaborate with the marketing, brand and business teams to convert ideas into compelling content.
- Use AI tools and digital platforms to research, ideate, write, edit, design, optimise and accelerate content creation.
- Track content performance and learn from what works — and what doesn't.

? What We’re Looking For

You should be:

- An excellent communicator with robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in front of the camera and comfortable expressing yourself naturally.
- Someone who genuinely loves creating Reels and digital content.




- Tech-savvy and a fast learner who can quickly understand new technology, platforms and tools.
- Hands-on with shooting, video editing, graphic design and social-media content creation.
- Highly familiar with major digital and social media platforms.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal hand-holding.
- Curious, energetic and willing to experiment, take risks and try new ideas.
- Someone who enjoys challenges rather than waiting for a perfect brief.
- Comfortable using AI tools and platforms to get work done smarter and faster.

⭐ Industry Experience

Experience in AdTech, EdTech, MarTech, Digital Marketing, Media, Advertising, Creative Agencies, Technology, SaaS or other digital-first industries will be an advantage.

But honestly, we care more about what you can create than the industry written on your CV.

If you have a strong portfolio, a great eye for content and the confidence to experiment, we want to see your work.
