Position:Relationship Manager / Assistant Relationship Manager

Place of Posting: Anywhere in Tamil Nadu

Qualification:

- Any Graduation / Post Graduation (Regular Stream)
- Minimum 60% Marks

Experience: Relationship Manager: Minimum 3 years of Banking experience in Loan Sourcing/Processing, MSME Loans, or Retail Loans.

Assistant Relationship Manager: Minimum 2 years of Banking experience in Loan Sourcing/Processing, MSME Loans, or Retail Loans.

Salary (CTC)

Relationship Manager: Up to ₹16 LPA

Assistant Relationship Manager: Up to ₹13 LPA

Age: Up to 35 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Acquire new customers and generate business opportunities.
- Promote banking products and asset products.
- Achieve sales and business targets.
- Cross-sell banking products and services.
- Ensure KYC compliance and documentation.
- Conduct customer visits and relationship management.
