Role Purpose

Support the day‑to‑day operations, stability, and availability of enterprise and plant IT infrastructure. Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient infrastructure services across data center, network, end‑user, and cloud environments to enable business, manufacturing, and digital operations.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Operations & Support

- Monitor and support enterprise IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and problem resolution within defined SLAs. Perform root‑cause analysis and support continuous service improvement.

Network & Connectivity

- Support LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, and Internet connectivity for offices, plant and shopfloor. Assist with troubleshooting network and connectivity issues.

Server, Cloud & End‑User Infrastructure

- Support Windows/Linux servers, virtualized environments, cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS) and hybrid environments.
- Support end‑user computing, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Execute patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance activities.

Security & Compliance

- Follow infrastructure security standards, hardening guidelines, and access controls.
- Support patch compliance, endpoint security, and vulnerability remediation.

Manufacturing & Plant IT Support

- Support infrastructure and connectivity for MES, handheld devices, scanners, HMIs, and shop‑floor systems.



Coordinate with OT and cybersecurity teams for IT‑OT integration support.

Vendor & Service Coordination

- Work with infrastructure vendors and service providers for issue resolution.
- Track service tickets and escalate issues as required.
- Support vendor‑led maintenance and upgrades.

Experience & Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or related discipline.

Experience

1. 2-4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations or Support.
2. Exposure to manufacturing or automotive environments preferred.
