Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations.

- Manage a team of engineers to implement fire protection systems, including design, installation, testing, and maintenance.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions for building maintenance services.

- Develop reports on hazard identification, risk analysis, and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 12-18 years of experience in the engineering & construction industry with expertise in fire protection systems.

- NEBOSH or equivalent certification (e.g., ADIS).

- Robust understanding of HIRA (Hazard Identification) principles and practices.

- Proven track record in managing teams responsible for building maintenance services.
