Job Title: Site Supervisor Interior Projects

Experience: 3–8 Years

We are looking for a Site Supervisor – Interior Projects to supervise turnkey interior site execution and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily turnkey interior site execution.
- Coordinate carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, ceiling and painting works.
- Read and execute work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage workers and subcontractors and monitor manpower/productivity.
- Check quality of workmanship and materials.
- Coordinate material requirements with procurement/stores.
- Prepare daily progress updates and coordinate with architects, consultants and clients.




- Identify site issues and coordinate resolutions with the Project Manager.
- Ensure proper work sequence, housekeeping and safety.
- Assist in snagging and rectification.

Qualification

Diploma / ITI / Civil background preferred.

Ideal Candidate

Candidates with experience in turnkey interior contracting, interior fit-out projects, commercial interiors, residential interiors or similar site execution projects will be preferred.
