Position: Site Supervisor / Site Coordinator

Execution Location: Siliguri and Guwahati Experience: 1–3 years preferred Industry: Interior Design & Architecture

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Site Management

Supervise daily site activities and ensure work progresses as per approved drawings and schedule.

Monitor workmanship, quality and execution standards.

Coordinate different trades at site to avoid delays and conflicts.

Vendor Coordination & Follow-Up Coordinate with vendors for material delivery and installation.

Track material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.

Follow up on pending items and resolve execution-related issues.

Contractor Management - Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and other agencies.

Monitor manpower and work progress. Ensure contractors execute work as per drawings and specifications.

Drawing Coordination - Understand architectural and interior drawings. Discuss drawings and site requirements with the design team.

Identify site discrepancies and communicate them to the concerned team before execution.

Ensure work is executed according to the latest approved drawings.





Client Interaction Provide regular updates regarding site progress. Coordinate client visits and site discussions professionally.

Communicate site-related requirements, delays and execution updates clearly.

Project Management

Maintain daily site progress. Monitor project timelines and identify potential delays. Coordinate multiple activities simultaneously. Maintain proper site records, measurements, material status and pending-work lists.

Required Skills Good English communication skills — written and verbal. AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory. Strong understanding of interior execution and construction processes. Good site measurement and quantity-taking skills.

Ability to read and understand architectural/interior drawings. Good vendor and contractor management skills. Solid coordination and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and take responsibility for site execution.

Two-wheeler driving is mandatory. Valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
