Civil: Supervisor – Finishing Work

Department: Civil Contraction Firm

Experience Required: 5–10 years (Finishing Work)

Location: pune

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervision of Finishing Work
- Oversee daily site activities related to plastering, tiling, putty, painting, and finishing works.
- Ensure work is done as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Work Planning & Execution
- Prepare daily/weekly work plans and allocate work to workers.
- Coordinate with contractors, masons, tile layers, and helpers.
- Quality Control
- Inspect plastering work thickness, line-level, finishing smoothness.
- Ensure proper tile alignment, spacing, slope, cutting, and finishing.
- Prevent defects such as cracks, hollowness, uneven surfaces, and shade variation.
- Material Management
- Check availability of materials such as cement, sand, tiles, adhesives, grout, and tools.
- Raise material requisition and prevent wastage.
- Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all workers follow safety protocols.
- Maintain site cleanliness and safe working practices.
- Coordination




- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors for work clarification.
- Update progress to the site engineer/PM.
- Documentation
- Maintain daily site report (DSR), material consumption, and labor attendance.
- Record measurements for billing purpose.
- Problem Solving
- Resolve site issues related to leveling, tile mismatch, and finishing defects.
- Ensure timely completion of work as per schedule.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
