Responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring construction is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, budget, and project schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at site.

Ensure work is executed as per approved architectural, structural, MEP drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Check dimensions, levels, alignment, reinforcement, shuttering, concrete, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.

Prepare and verify BOQ quantities, measurements, material requirements, and work progress.

Monitor material quality and ensure proper storage and usage.

Maintain daily site reports, progress reports, measurement records, and inspection records.

Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned consultant/contractor for timely resolution.





Ensure proper execution within quality, time, and cost/budget requirements.

Monitor manpower and contractor productivity.

Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure rectification of defective work.

Coordinate material deliveries and prevent unnecessary wastage.

Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and construction standards.

Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates to the Project Manager/PMC.

Assist in preparing client updates, work schedules, estimates, and project documentation.

Coordinate snagging, rectification, and final handover activities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,386.91 per month
