We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, coordinate workers, monitor work progress, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce.

- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, workers, and management.

- Ensure work is carried out according to project plans and quality standards.

- Manage materials, tools, and equipment at the site.

- Maintain daily site reports and attendance records.

- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.

- Ensure proper safety procedures are followed at the worksite.

- Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials.

- Communicate regular updates to the management regarding project progress.

Requirements





- 2–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role.

- Positive knowledge of site operations and construction procedures.

- Ability to manage workers and coordinate multiple activities.

- Good communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to read and understand basic drawings and measurements.

- Willingness to travel to different project sites when required.

- Malayalam and English communication skills preferred.

- Candidates with relevant site experience will be given preference.
