Role & responsibilities
Strong working knowledge of both residential and commercial interior fit-out processes (civil, carpentry, MEP, false ceiling, modular kitchen, furniture installation, etc.) • Ability to read and interpret architectural/interior drawings, BOQs, and design layouts.
- Hands-on experience managing vendors, contractors, and labor on-site.
- Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, and execution timelines.
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control skills.
- Excellent communication skills for client handling and team coordination.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick in office decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Project or similar project tracking tools.
