We’re Hiring – Site Incharge (Windows & Facade Works)

Locations: Goregaon, Mira Road, Kandivali, Thane, Panvel, Kurla, Dadar, Mulund, Vashi

Joining: Immediate preferred

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Position: Site Incharge – Aluminium Windows & Facade Works

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise daily execution of aluminium sliding window and facade installation as per approved drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with labour teams, fabricators, and subcontractors to ensure timely progress and quality output.

Check and verify levels, plumb, alignment, and finishing of window frames, shutters, and glass during installation.

Plan daily activities floor-wise and track site progress as per project schedule.

Maintain material stock records including frames, glass, sealants, and accessories.

Prepare and update DPR (Daily Progress Report),



manpower attendance, and material consumption records.

Raise WIR (Work Inspection Requests) and coordinate with client or consultant for inspections and approvals.

Maintain proper quality documentation including checklists, inspection records, and site photographs.

Ensure site safety, PPE compliance, and proper housekeeping.

Coordinate with Project Manager and Client or Consultant Engineers for technical discussions and handovers.

Identify and resolve site issues related to fabrication, alignment, or glass fixing.

Preferred Candidate

Experience in aluminium windows, facade, or glazing works

Ability to independently handle site execution

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
