We are looking for a Site Incharge who can independently handle and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and site-related requirements. The candidate should have good practical knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, basic civil maintenance, carpentry, and general facility maintenance.
The role requires someone who is hands-on, responsible, and all-round maintenance person capable of identifying and resolving maintenance issues quickly while coordinating with external technicians or vendors whenever required.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle day-to-day site maintenance and facility-related activities.
· Have practical knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting,
and basic civil works.
· Identify and troubleshoot routine electrical and plumbing issues.
· Coordinate with restaurant managers and operations teams regarding site-related requirements.
· Ensure basic safety and maintenance standards are followed at all locations.
· Take responsibility for ensuring the overall upkeep and smooth functioning of the sites.
Added Advantage
- Candidates with prior experience in the restaurant, hospitality, hotel, or food service industry will be preferred.
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
