Strategic HR Business Partnering
Partner with Site Head and functional leaders to align HR strategy with business goals
Support achievement of production, quality, and operational targets
Provide insights on workforce trends, productivity, and engagement
Manpower Planning, Budgeting & Talent Management
Drive manpower planning based on capacity and production needs
Manage hiring for critical shopfloor and technical roles
Implement succession planning and talent pipeline strategies
Drive HR within Budgetary parameters for optimal utilization & operational effeciency
Performance Management
Deploy and manage KRA/KPI frameworks aligned to site goals
Drive performance reviews, goal setting, and capability assessments
Support leadership in managing low/high performers
Employee Engagement & Culture
Drive engagement initiatives across
Shopfloor workforce
Supervisory and management levels
Build a culture of
Compliance (GMP focus)
Continuous improvement (Lean/CI mindset)
Monitor employee morale and retention risks
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure smooth HR operations

Act as a change agent for culture and performance improvement
HR MIS , PMS & Budget – BU
Analyze MP trends, attrition, retention, productivity, and talent movement.
Present insights and recommendations to HR leadership and business heads.
Own enterprise-wide HR dashboards and reports.
Maintain HR data integrity and audit compliance.
Collaborate with other Site HR to improve data quality.
Design and manage the annual performance appraisal cycle.
Manage bell curve normalization and performance ratings.
Prepare annual HR budgets for BU
Conduct variance analysis between budgeted and actual costs.
Partner with Site HR & other Functional & senior leadership
Requirements:
Qualification : M.B.A
Years of Experience : 15+Years
Experience in Zydus : 03 Years
Experience / Exposure in. (2 points) :
- Solid exposure to Plant HR operations
- Hands-on experience in Industrial Relations (IR) Expertise in HR MIS preparation, reporting, and analytics
