Job Title: Senior Site Engineer / Lead Site Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee, manage, and execute our construction projects from inception to completion. With 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience, you will act as the key technical and managerial point of contact on-site. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with quality, safety, and architectural specifications.Key Responsibilities:

- Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work progresses according to structural drawings, blueprints, and project schedules.
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed execution plans, micro-schedules, and resource allocation trackers.
- Quality Assurance & Control: Implement stringent QA/QC procedures. Inspect materials, conduct structural checks, and ensure all workmanship meets international and local engineering standards.
- Team & Vendor Management: Lead a team of junior engineers, supervisors, and contractors. Coordinate seamlessly with sub-contractors, MEP vendors, and labor forces.
- Billing & Cost Management: Review, verify, and certify contractor bills, measurement sheets, and client billing. Keep track of material consumption to prevent wastage and variance.
- Safety Compliance:



Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols on-site, aiming for zero-accident project execution.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate regularly with architects, structural consultants, project management consultants (PMCs), and clients to resolve technical discrepancies.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed site registers, Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), material reconciliation statements, and Quality Check checklists.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 6 to 10 years of proven experience in site execution for [insert project type, e.g., High-rise Residential, Commercial, Industrial, or Infrastructure] projects.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of concrete technology, reinforcement detailing, finishing works, structural drawings, and MEP coordination.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office (Excel).
- Leadership: Solid team management, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Verbal and written communication skills to negotiate with vendors and present progress to management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
