About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and technically capable Site Supervisor / Site Engineer to oversee the installation, execution, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of fire protection and fire safety systems at project sites.

The candidate will coordinate with the project team, contractors, technicians, consultants, and clients to ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per approved drawings, specifications, and applicable fire safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day fire safety system installation and execution at project sites.
- Coordinate installation of systems such as Fire Hydrant, Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, Fire Pump, Hose Reel, Fire Extinguishing Systems, and related equipment.
- Read and understand fire fighting and fire alarm drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site execution.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other site teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct and coordinate testing, inspection, commissioning, and troubleshooting of fire safety systems.
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, material requirements, and installation documentation.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the project/technical team for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper quality control and minimize rework and material wastage.




- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and fire safety regulations.
- Support preparation and documentation required for fire inspections and Fire NOC-related processes, wherever applicable.
- Attend client meetings and provide regular updates on site progress.
- Supervise technicians, helpers, subcontractors, and other site personnel.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Fire & Safety, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Practical knowledge of fire protection and fire alarm systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand installation procedures.
- Good site coordination and team-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and preparation of site reports.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in fire fighting system installation, fire alarm systems, fire hydrant & sprinkler systems, fire pump rooms, testing & commissioning, or fire safety project execution will be preferred.
