Job Summary

We are seeking a Site Engineer responsible for supervising and coordinating site activities, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge, site execution skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities and project execution.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Conduct site inspections and identify technical or execution-related issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and maintain relevant documentation.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
- Coordinate with the design and engineering teams for technical clarifications.




- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and site safety standards.
- Assist in material planning, estimation, and site requirement coordination.
- Troubleshoot site-related technical issues and support corrective actions.
- Maintain proper records of measurements, work progress, and site activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline, as applicable to the project.
- 1–5 years of relevant site/project execution experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of site execution, drawings, measurements, and quality control.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel or work at project sites, if required.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
