Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Site Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure that construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and site workers.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed as per the schedule.
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress reports, measurements, and site records.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Verify quantities and measurements of completed works.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, quantity estimates, and material requirements.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety practices at the construction site.
- Coordinate and follow up on material deliveries and site requirements.




- Attend site meetings and communicate project updates to the project team.
- Review drawings and communicate any discrepancies or technical issues to the concerned consultants.
- Maintain proper documentation of site activities, instructions, and approvals.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 1–2 years of relevant site experience in building construction.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation and BOQ preparation will be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage site activities effectively.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred
- Candidates with experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or institutional projects are preferred.
- Kochi residents preferred, depending on project location.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.

Pay: ₹10,963.27 - ₹37,732.17 per month
