The Site Engineer - HVAC is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing all Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) installation activities for the Data Centre project in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, contract requirements, safety standards, and quality procedures. The role involves coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure the timely and efficient execution of HVAC works, including chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, chilled water piping, ducting systems, ventilation systems, precision cooling equipment, pumps, insulation, and associated controls. The engineer shall review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical specifications, while monitoring site progress, productivity, and resource utilization.



Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues, ensuring compliance with approved construction methods, preparing daily and weekly progress reports, coordinating testing and commissioning activities, and supporting project handover documentation. The engineer shall also ensure adherence to HSE requirements, quality standards, and project schedules, while maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders. Experience in Data Centre, Mission Critical, Industrial, Commercial, or High-Rise Building projects is preferred. The candidate should possess robust knowledge of HVAC systems, ASHRAE standards, chilled water systems, air distribution systems, testing and balancing procedures, and commissioning requirements. A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of relevant HVAC construction experience is required. Strong technical, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential to support successful project delivery. Project is HYD123&124.
