Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure site safety by conducting regular inspections, identifying hazards, and implementing corrective actions.

- Manage daily activities in office to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.

- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues related to material procurement, labor management, and quality control.

- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress, identify potential problems, and develop solutions.

- Maintain accurate records of site operations including logs, reports, and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-3 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field (B.Tech / B.E. degree).

- Strong understanding of building construction processes from foundation to finishing work.

- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with various stakeholders.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
