The Site Engineer (Civil) will be responsible for the complete on-site execution of construction projects, ensuring work is carried out accurately as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

The role includes site layout and setting-out of buildings, centerlines, gridlines, footings, columns, and plinth levels using Auto Level or Total Station, along with leveling and benchmark verification before execution.

The engineer will interpret architectural and structural drawings, guide contractors and labour teams on execution methodology, resolve on-site technical issues, prepare BOQs and quantity estimates, support material planning, and verify subcontractor measurements and bills.

The role also involves conducting regular site inspections, maintaining quality standards, monitoring daily progress, preparing schedules and progress reports, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, maintaining site documentation, and ensuring timely completion of work with minimal rework.

Layout Accuracy: 100% accurate site layout, levels, and setting-out as per approved drawings.

Minimal rework and adherence to construction specifications and quality standards.

Progress Achievement: Completion of planned daily, weekly, and monthly milestones on schedule.

Billing Accuracy: Timely verification and certification of subcontractor measurements and bills.

Quantity Control: Accurate BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material consumption tracking.

Documentation: Daily progress reports, site records, and drawing revisions maintained without delays.

Contractor Coordination: Effective work allocation and smooth coordination among contractors, labour, and suppliers.

Issue Resolution: Prompt identification and resolution of on-site technical and execution issues.

Safety & Site Discipline: Compliance with basic site safety practices and organized site management.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
