Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day structural execution including excavation, reinforcement (rebar) binding, formwork installation, and concrete pouring.

- Interpret structural blueprints and ensure the construction team executes work exactly as specified in the drawings.

- Perform layout marking and verify centerlines, columns, and elevations on-site.

- Calculate material quantities (steel, cement, concrete) to minimize wastage and prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).

- Conduct strict quality checks on raw materials and finished structures to maintain high construction standards.

- Coordinate with subcontractors, labor teams, and project managers to keep the project moving on schedule.

- Enforce safety guidelines across the job site to maintain a zero-accident workspace.

- Maintain daily site diaries and prepare progress reports for upper management.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Education:



Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of core experience in civil structural execution (Residential, Commercial, or Industrial projects).

- Blueprint Reading: Strong ability to read and interpret complex structural and architectural drawings.

- Technical Knowledge: Valuable understanding of concrete mix designs, shuttering systems, and reinforcement techniques.

- Software Skills: Basic knowledge of AutoCad and MS Excel for quantity estimations.

- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to manage laborers and present updates clearly.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
