Job Title: Civil Site Engineer - Residential & Commercial Projects

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (₹2.5 LPA - ₹3.7 LPA)

We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer for our ongoing projects in Guntur. The candidate should have solid practical knowledge in building construction from structure to finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete supervision of construction activities at site
- Execution of residential buildings, commercial complexes, and apartments
- Handling structural works: marking, reinforcement checking, shuttering, concreting
- Handling finishing works: plastering, flooring, painting, waterproofing, etc.
- Quality control and ensuring work as per drawings & specifications
- Measurement checking, billing assistance, and material management
- Managing masons, bar-benders, and labour contractors
- Daily reporting to management and coordination with contractors

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Education: http://B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- Experience: 3 to 4 years in building construction (Apartments / Villas / Commercial)
- Must have experience in both Structural & Finishing works
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, drawing reading
- Strong site execution and labour handling skills

Candidate Preference:

- Only candidates from Guntur and nearby locations will be preferred.
- Must be able to join immediately or within 15 days.
