Position: Site Engineer – Civil

Experience: 2–4 Years

Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Location: Nagpur

Salary: 30-35K per month

Notice Period: Candidates with short notice/immediate availability preferred.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Site Engineer – Civil to supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at building project sites. The role involves site execution, quality control, quantity/measurement checking, contractor coordination, and labour management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day construction and site execution activities.
- Handle RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and waterproofing works.
- Read and execute work as per civil drawings and specifications.
- Check site measurements, quantities, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site labour.
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed as per targets.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure work meets required standards.




- Identify defects and coordinate necessary rectification.
- Maintain daily site progress and work reports.
- Coordinate civil activities with other site/MEP activities.
- Ensure basic construction safety practices and PPE compliance.
- Use AutoCAD and MS Excel for relevant site and reporting activities.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of building construction and site execution.
- Good understanding of RCC and civil finishing works.
- Site measurement and quantity-checking skills.
- Contractor and manpower handling.
- Drawing reading and execution.
- Quality inspection and site supervision.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in G+4 or similar building projects will be preferred.
- Comfortable working at construction sites.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
