We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of site execution, project coordination, quality control, and ensuring that construction work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other project team members.
- Monitor the quality and progress of work at the site.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, measurements, and other site documentation.
- Check materials and ensure they meet required quality standards.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
- Coordinate with the project manager and other departments to achieve project targets.
- Monitor manpower,



materials, and equipment requirements at the site.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work as per the project schedule.

Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and quality control.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant software will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage site activities independently and work under deadlines.
- Strong commitment to quality and safety.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
