Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Civil Engineer role based in Delhi, India.

The Site Civil

Engineer will oversee day-to-day civil works for dry wall and prefabricated construction projects, including site supervision, layout verification, and quality control of structural and finishing works.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, contractors, and clients, reviewing drawings and specifications, assisting in material planning and resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.



The role also involves monitoring progress against schedules, preparing site reports, supporting resolution of technical issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of construction processes and practices.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills relevant to building, interior, and prefabricated construction projects
- Experience working as part of Civil Engineers teams on site-based projects
- Planning skills for scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of site activities
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related site drainage considerations
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
- Experience in commercial, corporate office, or interior construction projects is an advantage
- Familiarity with construction codes, safety standards, and quality assurance practices
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings; experience with basic CAD or similar tools is beneficial
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to project timelines and field conditions
