We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management, particularly in a grocery store setting, and possess strong leadership skills to oversee daily operations effectively. (minimum 3 years experience)
Duties
- Conduct interviews and hire new staff members
- Provide training and guidance to employees, including grocery store clerks
- Manage payroll and ensure accurate payment processing
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently
- Implement budgeting strategies to optimize resources
- Supervise shift management to maintain smooth operations
- Monitor retail sales performance and implement strategies for improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a grocery store setting
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent time management abilities
- Familiarity with payroll processes
- Prior experience in interviewing and hiring staff members
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
