Position: Site Accountant & Store Supervisor

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and certification in any accounting software

Experience: 4-5year Salary Offered: 4-5LPA

Key Responsibilities:

ACCOUNTING:

1. Excel & Tally Is must to have.
2. Accurately capturing financial transactions.
3. Managing accounts receivable and payable.
4. Preparing MIS reports.
5. Monitoring cash flow and managing financial risks.
6. Managing all types of transactions efficiently.
7. Having basic knowledge of GST, TDS and taxation.
8. Demonstrating proficiency in Excel formulas and interpretation.
9. Maintaining record of Daily labor.
10. Maintaining attendance of all staff.

MATERIAL MANAGEMENT:

1. Ensure materials received match PO/indent/specifications and are properly inspected.
2. Maintain accurate stock records and monitor minimum/maximum stock levels
3.



Ensure systematic and safe storage of material storage and protection from damage/weather
4. Reconcile physical stock with records and consumption against BOQ/standard norms
5. Monitor material consumption and minimise wastage, pilferage and damage
6. Maintain GRNs, material registers, issue slips, returns, stock statements and reports
