Role Description The Site Civil Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites in Bengaluru, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. This full-time, on-site role includes supervising contractors and site teams, coordinating with design and planning teams, and monitoring progress against schedules and budgets.

Engineer will manage site measurements, verify materials and workmanship, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and support stormwater and other infrastructure works. The role also involves preparing site reports,



maintaining documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong technical skills in Civil Engineering Design and practical Civil Engineering application.
- Candidates should possess experience relevant to Civil Engineers, including site supervision and execution of civil works.
- Candidates should possess planning and project coordination skills for scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of stormwater management and related infrastructure planning and implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Experience in building construction or real estate development, preferably in residential and commercial projects.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings, building codes, safety standards, and quality control practices.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering and planning software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office, project scheduling tools) is an advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently at site locations.
