Job Summary:-

GOEEN Electric Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain electric scooters. The candidate should have good technical knowledge of electric scooters, motors, electrical systems, and spare parts, along with the ability to handle customer technical queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Electric Scooter Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and technical problems in electric scooters.
- Identify faults and provide appropriate repair solutions.
- Conduct regular inspection and servicing of vehicles.
- Motor Repair & Maintenance
- Diagnose motor-related problems and carry out necessary repairs.
- Understand motor operation, wiring, controllers, batteries, and other major EV components.
- Ensure proper functioning and performance after repair.
- Spare Parts Knowledge
- Maintain strong knowledge of electric scooter components and spare parts.
- Identify faulty or damaged parts and recommend suitable replacements.
- Handle service-related components carefully and efficiently.
- Customer Technical Support
- Understand and resolve customer technical queries.
- Explain technical issues and repair requirements to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Ensure customers receive proper guidance regarding vehicle operation and maintenance.
- Customer Handling
- Maintain polite, professional, and respectful communication with customers.
- Handle customer complaints and service requests effectively.
- Ensure a positive customer service experience.
- On-Site Customer Service
- For special or emergency cases, visit the customer's residence/location to provide technical assistance.




- Diagnose the issue at the customer's location and provide appropriate service or repair.
- Maintain professional behavior while providing doorstep service.
- Service Quality & Safety
- Follow company service procedures and technical guidelines.
- Ensure all repairs are completed properly before handing over the vehicle.
- Follow necessary electrical and workplace safety practices.

Required Skills:-

- Strong technical knowledge of electric scooters/EV 2-wheelers.
- Good knowledge of motors, controllers, batteries, wiring, electrical systems, and spare parts.
- Ability to diagnose and repair motor and electrical issues.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good customer-handling and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer doorstep service when required.
- Ability to work independently as well as with the service team.

Candidate Profile:- Age: 20–32 Years

Qualification: Madhyamik / Higher Secondary / ITI

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can be considered, preferably with EV/automobile service experience.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹11,000 per month

- Proper handling of spare parts and service tools.
