Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executives to join our jewellery retail team in Bangalore. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in jewellery sales and retail.

Role & responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Explain product features, designs, quality, and pricing to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.




- Support customers throughout the purchase process.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Maintain proper product display and showroom presentation.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Follow company policies and showroom procedures.
- Coordinate with the billing and other showroom teams for smooth customer service.

Preferred candidate profile

- 01 year of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or jewellery sales
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Any Graduate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-friendly attitude and positive approach.
- Strong interest in sales and retail.
- Willingness to work in a showroom environment.
- Candidates who can speak Kannada and English will be preferred.
