We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Should Cost Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. If you have strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience in cost engineering, teardown analysis, and benchmarking, this is an excellent chance to advance your career.

? Key Responsibilities:

Perform Should Costing analysis for various components and assemblies

Conduct product teardown and cost breakdown analysis

Benchmark components across suppliers and competitors

Develop cost models using technical and commercial inputs

Identify cost reduction opportunities and support negotiation strategies

? Required Skills:

Strong experience in Should Costing, Teardown, and Benchmarking





Expertise in at least two of the following commodities (mandatory):

Casting

Forging

Stamping

Plastics

Machining

Electrical

Electronics

Electromechanical

? Preferred Profile:

3 to 10 years of relevant experience in cost engineering / value engineering

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

? Qualification:

NTTF / GTTC

Diploma in Engineering

B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related disciplines
