Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with their purchases and provide a qualified and personalised shopping experience.
- Handle billing, invoicing and basic payment processes.
- Manage customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram and the website.
- Respond to customer messages and follow up on enquiries in a timely manner.
- Take product photographs and videos for use across Instagram and the website.
- Assist with basic product updates and information on the website.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries and store activities.
- Ensure the store is maintained in an organised and presentable manner.
- Support the team with day-to-day retail and administrative activities.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is:
- Well-spoken with good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable interacting with customers in a professional manner.




- Comfortable using computers, smartphones and basic digital applications.
- Familiar with WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Able to learn and operate basic billing and website management systems.
- Organised, responsible and attentive to detail.
- Presentable, punctual and professional in their approach.
- Willing to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Experience Prior experience in retail, customer service, fashion, sarees or a similar role will be an advantage.

However, candidates with the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
