1. Plan the Schedule for production of RRBO, RSFO, RSBO, and PRTO as per targets.
2. On daily basis manage & distribute the manpower to achieve production target.
3. Minimize daily rejection of materials.
4. Monitored Plant performance against approved targets on daily basis and identify the existing or potential problems and inform to higher authority.
5. Co-ordinate with QC for quality clearance of process material.
6. Ensure the proper processing of Oils along with Operator.
7. Maintain the ISO, BRC plant related documents.
8. Maintain safety protocols inside the plant.
9. Co-ordinate with mechanical & electrical department to implement “Preventive, Breakdown, Shutdown “maintenance for smooth production.
10. Implement GHP & GMP inside Plant.




11. Train the Operator & labour about GMP, GHP as per requirement.
12. Maintain the equipment cleaning schedule for vessels, separator, mixers, Deo, Bleacher etc.
13. Maintain proper co-ordination during loading of By-product.
14. Ensure of proper following of SOP's.
15. Co-ordinate with utility such as RO plant, Boiler, ETP for smooth operation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
