A Flipkart Fulfillment Center Shift Incharge is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations during their assigned shift, ensuring smooth order processing, team management, and adherence to operational metrics. The role combines leadership, process excellence, and hands-on coordination of logistics activities.

- Shift Operations Management
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and dispatch.

- Ensure timely movement of shipments from Fulfillment Centers (FC) to Delivery Hubs.

- Team Leadership
- Manage warehouse associates, allocate tasks, and monitor productivity.

- Provide training and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

- Process Excellence
- Drive efficiency in order fulfillment with focus on speed, accuracy, and cost optimization.

- Implement Kaizen and continuous improvement practices.

- Performance Monitoring
- Track KPIs such as order accuracy, turnaround time,



and inventory management.

- Report shift performance to higher management.

- Cross-functional Coordination
- Work with supply chain, logistics, and quality teams to resolve bottlenecks.

- Ensure smooth communication between FCs, seller clusters, and delivery hubs.
