About the Role

We are looking for a motivated SharePoint Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365 technologies. The intern will support the development, customization, maintenance, and administration of SharePoint-based solutions used across the organization.

This prospect is suitable for students or recent graduates who are interested in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, web development, and enterprise collaboration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and maintaining SharePoint Online sites, pages, lists, libraries, and workflows.
- Support the creation and configuration of team sites, communication sites, document libraries, and content structures.
- Help configure permissions, user access, metadata, views, and content types.
- Assist with SharePoint site customization and user-interface improvements.
- Support automation of business processes using Power Automate.
- Assist in creating simple applications and forms using Power Apps and Microsoft Forms.
- Participate in requirements gathering and understand business needs for SharePoint-based solutions.
- Support migration, organization, and management of documents and content.
- Troubleshoot basic SharePoint and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and process documentation.
- Work closely with developers, administrators, and business teams on ongoing SharePoint initiatives.
- Learn and follow SharePoint development, security, governance, and collaboration best practices.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Microsoft SharePoint / SharePoint Online.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, OneDrive, Excel, Outlook, and Forms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
- Understanding of lists, libraries, permissions, workflows, and document management concepts.




- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work effectively in a team.

Good to Have Exposure to any of the following will be an advantage:
- Microsoft Power Platform — Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
- SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- React or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Microsoft Graph API
- REST APIs
- JSON formatting in SharePoint
- Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD concepts
- SharePoint administration
- Microsoft 365 administration

Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and candidates looking to build practical experience in Microsoft technologies are encouraged to apply.
- Academic or personal projects involving SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or web development will be considered an advantage.
